NB this only works for @hotmail.com accounts not @msn.com
i trired it months ago on an @msn account but didn't work, and as mentioned in the Leito's Hotmail Trick for upgrading he said "Edit2: @msn.com accounts cannot be closed from Passport.net, I didn't try other alternatives" well actually u can close it from the memberservices site !
http://memberservices.passport.net i tried it and closed that account.
but anyway msn accounts wont change
