Otherwise, there is a key combo for the dreaded black screen after flashing the ASUS bios (in cases where the PC isn't actually dead, but is actually waiting for some commands that you can't see the prompt for and therefore can't enter - a known bug - which I used 'bout a year ago with success, but damned if I can find it now - will post back if I do - in the interim, you may find it here:
