they added a stupid holder to my cup
Just throw it away and buy a new one, and be sure you get the new one without the holder! If you tried to remove the holder yourself it won't work, the holder will stay in such a way you can't take it off. Just buy a new cup with a holder, then throw it away to clear your cousiousness.
