The only problem with that is the same issue people had with the report in the first place: it is not entirely accurate. There are too many words in the English language that have the same letters that if you are trying to unscramble them, you aren't sure which word you are supposed to read it as, even if you can get it based on the context of the sentence (ie. weird and wired, from and form, etc).
