With me (XP) Left Ctrl+Shift changes to LTR and Right+Shift changes to RTL, but It also changes my keyboard-layout.

Pretty annoying sometimes, when windows magically changes my keyboard layout and I press Right Ctrl+Shift and it also changes to RTL :S
