There isn't one that saves to an artist folder I can find. However if the files are ID3 tagged, however if the MP3 player can read ID3 tags it'll be easy to browse anyway. If not, I don't think there is one.
Writing an application to do this shouldn't be too hard, as long as the application can read the MP3's ID3 tag and make the needed folder on the drive.
However if you just want a program that syncs two folders; this program is useful
Twin Folders 3.0. Just set the MP3 player drive letter and the folder that contains your music to be synced together.
