You don't really need to know the total amount of people comming yet. Just start out with those who said they'd come already...set a date, plan some things. It is way easier to have meetings on MSNM than onhere. After that's done place a new thread inviting others in or send e-mails out. Make sure to set a final date as to when applications to come can be sent (yes, the wisest is to let people e-mail one person, not a thread with replies where you have to contact all individually afterwards anyways..it was good to have a thread like this to start out with but it's time to take it to the next level). Set the final date to 1 week or 2 weeks before the meeting so a hostel can still be booked if need be (or change already set hostelbooking).
