Install Instructions
1. Extract files to your Messenger Plus! Plugin Folder.
2. Run register.bat
3. Double Click install.bat
4. Run ReloadPlugins.exe

This program has no configuration. If your status is Online it will enable PSM if your status isn't, it's disabled.
