You can try using "Resource Hacker"  (http://www.angusj.com/resourcehacker/)

Note that editing files isn't allowed etc etc etc...
<insert legal mumbo jumbo here>

If it is an UPX Packed executable you can't edit it... Same goes for EXE Compressor
