Most definately. It does take some time depending upon the level of customisation. Well the actual upgrade hardly takes any time (one click upgrade as usual
) but the actual migration takes longer

Otherwise the version number would be 1.6 not 2.0 cause wordpress say "we are conservating about our version numbers. If we would be like microsoft we would have already been at version 2356454321.216.2146" (well thats what they said. The words and the numbers were a bit different
