EDIT: Yep, it's official! It have been announced at Mesenger Blog also.
It came up about 4 or so days back ..... i think its just a link to register for consideration for the beta .... not the beta itself
Why would you need to sign up to the beta directly ..... you could directly make it a public beta eh ?
