why didnt you just take screenshots?
as for the first one, the ignore feature doesnt work correctly with MSN messenger 7.5 at the moment, it should be fixed in the next release... whenever that will be
the 2nd one, have you tried adjusting the sizes of the image? if its too big then sometimes it does that, also try searching the stuffplug forums at
http://www.stuffplug.com/forum/ and see if its there, which im pretty sure it is. if you have any more questions you'd be better off posting them at the stuffplug forums, and ill help you out over there... people are more specialised with stuffplug there
