Blocking a contact/Question

O.P. Huh?  Blocking a contact/Question
Say I block a contact in my contact list and keep it blocked. While that contact is blocked say I change my display picture. Will that blocked contact be able to see the new display picture associated with my name in his contact list? Thanks.
