RE: Sig height limit?
# Avatars & Signatures: Large dimensions and file sizes are not allowed because they can affect the layout of forum pages. The rules for posts apply to avatars/signatures as well.
* Maximum avatar width: 150 pixels.
* Maximum signature dimensions: 590 pixels wide, 125 pixels high.
* Avatar and signature images must work, and must load reasonably fast. New
I think there is a mod or something that stops it from displaying the rest
