Download this program
Save it to a floppy disk or burn it to a cd.
Reboot the computer in Safe Mode, Login as the Administrator account (will take awhile to load because it probably hasn't been accessed before.)
Run the Autoruns program and uncheck anything that doesn't look familiar or from a trusted site under
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
C:\Documents and Settings\%User%\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
You can also use the
http://sysinfo.org website to cross reference anything that shows in the list (if you have access to another pc to bring it up)
