I had a problem with my net connectiong a few months back. I called and it took 10 minutes to get answered, then they transfered me, and that took another 45 minutes. 2 months later I had another problem, so I called. Here is what it was like:

Me: Look, my internet connection has been offline for an hour. I know you're going to transfer me, BUT IT BETTER NOT TAKE 45 MINUTES LIKE LAST TIME!
Him: It shouldn't sir.

*Two minutes later I was transfered*

Me: What's the problem?
Him: Your modem burned. I'll send someone over tommorow night to give you a new, free one.
