Unwritten Law do this ....
Double click the avedesk 1.3 icon on the desktop
Click Desklets > add
Select Pidl Shorcut
Add My computer
Then close the dialog
Then in the avedesk desklets control panel (the window you got when you double clicked the tray icon) right click the newly added My computer and goto properties
Goto the last tab (shorcut)
Change the position it points to by clicking browse and pointing it to the folder you want
You should now have it on your desktop. All you now need to do is configure the icon, name, icon size, effects list etc to your liking so that its easily distiguishable
