unfortunetely NoroomsListManager.jpg is not a real solution
even if you delete people from your block list you may still be on their contact list
so when the next time you sign in, MSN prompt you to add or block this one
I have 941 people in my block list and if I delete them with NoroomsManager, the next time I sign in I will have 941 pop up window
and I will add them to my block list, and it will still be full
I think it is effective if the people in the blocked list is deleted you from his/her contact list
