Is not the machine translation, my mother tongue is not an English therefore quite stiff.
I have 2 computers, the problem am same, if the software has the question, then I set the condition in the different hardware platform which same appears also same to explain any question, moreover, I also experiment the deletion software reset parameter means not to solve the problem !!!!!!
