1. In your Messenger main window (contact list), select the "Plus!" menu, and then select "Sound Library...". A new window, called "Messenger Plus! - Custom Emotion Sounds" will appear.
2. Select a sound and choose "Edit Sound".
You will now see this screen: As you can see, the ID is there
