After installing the Messenger Plus!Live,, I cant open the live messenger

O.P. After installing the Messenger Plus!Live,, I cant open the live messenger
After i installing the plus! live,
i cant open the live messenger

when i click it and open it ,it just show "error"
and asked me if i wanted to send the error report,,

However,after unstalling the plus!live, I can use the live messenger.

Can anyone help me ?
