I simply use killbox, a program that has found its way into my spyware fighting arsenal.
You simply drag the file into the feild, choose a delete type, and then click the button to do so.
This program will also let you remove programs such as spyware that will keep running themselves. Great program for lots of stuff, but may be overkill for alot of situations.
