Delete
C:\Documents and settings\User\Application Data\Microsoft\MSN Messenger

Be carefull, this delete all your MSN Content ;)

If it doesnt works
Delete this ;)
C:\Documents and Settings\User\Local Config\Application Data\Microsoft\Windows Live Contacts
