All of the files detected by HijackThis seem fine, it doesn't look like you have any malware on your computer whatsoever

Try this:
Restart your computer, go to Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs and uninstall Windows Live Messenger. Then go to C:\Program Files\ and delete the "MSN Messenger" folder. Then press the windows key+r and type in "regedit". Then navigate through HKEY_CURRENT_USER to Software > Microsoft and delete "MSN Messenger" do the same with HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, HKEY_USERS and HKEY_CURRENT_CONFIG.
I'd use any registry cleaning software now just to clear any files that aren't needed
. Reboot the computer again after you're done.
Then reboot your computer, go to
http://messenger.live.com and download Windows Live Messenger.
