Dell Restore probably sits on a (hidden) partition on his harddsisk. He is afraid Vista will remove/damage Dell Resotre (the partition).
Finally someone understands. I don't have an XP CD. If it so happens that I need to re-do my system, I would just restart my machine and during boot I would Press CTRL F11 and the system would automatically load XP and other programs from the hidden partition on my hard disk. I do not have any CD's, the only thing that is present is the laptop. Thanks anyway.(Y)
