well seeing as the sign in on multiple accounts option is a global option,... you should be able to turn it on without signing in.
plus could always be made to disable access to other options while not logged in. just like WLM itself is.
that's just one option.... for only one or two options this will not be done and is rather useless.
If you want to set those global settings without logging in (for whatever strange reason
), do it directly in the registry.
