Someone who signs up at a board pretending to have no idea whats going on in a futal attempt to make people angry. Then they post offtopic threads in fourms that are popular to draw attention and try and make people angry or frustrated.
When in reality, it is usually some 12 year old boy who has nothing better to do with their time than think they are angrying a fourm. They think their cool when the truth is people just think they are morons
