Could you PM me the DLL that appears please? I'd like to see what info I can gather from it. I have some development tools that allow me to analyse EXEs and DLLs for enough information to send anyone loopy. Hopefully, they'll clue me into what program keeps putting the file there.

Note: Don't attach it to this thread: we don't want people downloading it and stuffing up their systems
