I think i did it
My flash disk is kinda faulty, and by faulty I mean that files sometimes get corrupted by themself.
I re-copied the files from the BootCD and then it didn't freeze on the file copy proccess.
Also, when I removed the hidden and system artibute from command.com, the file was then copy able
So, now I think it works fine...
The only thing that annoys me is that it needs to copy all the uha files to the ramdrive which takes some time, but, it's better than nothing...
