BUMP:
*sigh* well BT haven't come to fix the connection yet, (our phones have been out so very poor internet) the phones appear to have fixd themselves and now the internet drops are back 
at least whent he phones were dead too it would disconnect properly now it just does this no noification conenction drop thing again
BT man just arrived and fixed the phones, we had a phone line that wasn't connected to anything and had become corrupt basically and was feeding back into the main point, he simply cut that cable out so it isn't inputting anymore.
Internet should work now as he explained that broadband hates the slightest bit of noise on the line, wheras phones are more tolerant and this has probably been building up for weeks so here's hoping
