euh i have the same problem as well, but i DO have the KERNEL32.dll, it's in "C:\WINNT\system32" and yet i still get that error, can someone help please

...

erro : "The procedure entry point IsWow64Process could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll."

what's the dynamic link library???

help..
