For the "The procedure entry point IsWow64Process could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll." problem...
After searching Google for a while, here's what I've come up with...

netapi32.dll
You need to download these
files from www.dll-files.com or www.dlldump.com and place them in your system32 directory .. usually C:\Windows\System32
