AFAIK and IIRC, Patchou was working on some "action text" feature for scripts which would send a local message. I thought I've heard this somewhere, but I can't confirm it. *-)

If there would be such command, it's just the trick of getting the chat logs directory from the registry, reading the last lines of it and sending it in an action text.
