I've never heard of the service, make sure you read the terms and conditions, eula etc. before installing if you do eventually download, you'll probably find out if it's legitimate or not by reading through that.
There are a lot of VOIP suppliers at the moment, so I wouldn't be surprised if it worked quite well etc. , you should just give it a try!
