I'm not sure if this is your question, but I think you mean can you make a website on piczo then buy a domain hat automatically transfer's you there.
(eg. my site is acutally
www.mcinferno.co.uk but if you gfo to
www.mcinferno.com it automattically transfers you to the .co.uk address)
So say for example your site is www.mcinferno.piczo.com you can set up a domain called www.mcinferno.com that transfers you to the piczo website.
