If you mean
- Message Received
- "short time" passes <= This
- Window Closes
- Toast is shown (or not, if "short time" is long enough)
then it already is adjustable through the settings dialog (time to read each message) or with /rtToastTime <time in ms>
I didn't know a better description for both the command and the line in the settings window. If anyone has a suggestion, please let me know.
