HTML chat logs corrupt at 1,056kb.

I have chat logs that are up to 5MB that don't corrupt... sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

Here are my settings:

I am NOT using any encryption except for December (I don't know why it has encryption, I've never used it. And I can't access the file now
