I had the same problem, and in fact, the person was an old deleted contact, because I hadn't tick the box : "block this contact" during the deletion !!

So this unknown contact is maybe an old deleted contact who always have your adress in his contact list !

If this contact is really unknown, reinstall WLM to make sure the function will be ok next time ;)
