Did you read the instructions on the download page?
It says you need to activate it using the command /sscstart and the command /sscstop stop it.
However, that script contains indeed some errors and as such you wont see anything in the script menu.
(and the description in ScriptInfo.XML is formatted wrong too).
It is also poorly programmed and as such I would suggest to not use that script (until it is fixed) as it will corrupt the proper use of commands and tags also.
Imho, it should never have been submitted to the database like that (and accepted).
