So I've just brought a brand new laptop.. and It clearly states below the "Download" option: ""Messenger Plus! Live is compatible with Windows Live Messenger 8.0 to 8.5 and it can be installed on 32bit and 64bit versions of Windows XP and
Windows Vista."

And yet when I try to install it, it won't work.. I'm really confused, here's a ss of the message I'm getting:
