O.P. WLM The application failed to initialize properly 0xc0000022
Error:  The application failed to initialize properly 0xc0000022

This what I get when I click on my WLM icon after installing it.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled many times.

Anyone have any ideas for what's wrong?
