I just started making a basic player for last.fm radio, ill attach it to this post in a little while, if anyone else wants to continue it



edit:

attached, just download the zip and extract the player file and put it into the players subdirectory of Now Playing

normally C:\Program Files\Messenger Plus! Live\Scripts\Now Playing\players

then stop and start Now Playing and Lastfm should show up on your list of players
