O.P. Conversations (more then 1 user)

I keep getting invited in big conversations (more then 8 users) and my messenger crash.
It is possible to prevent this?
Or, it is possible that messenger ask me the confirmation to accept that chat?

I'm sorry if this isn't really clear (A)
