very strange, greyed out functions

O.P. very strange, greyed out functions
Ok. I have ONE contact, and one only that actually has greyed out MsgPlus functions. Why is that??

Ok she is offline on this screendump, but its the same if she is online ...



Just look at the screendump in my attachment here


Application is in Swedish, but that really dont matter. Its the MsgPlus functions from the rightclick on the contactlist so,,,,, its ONLY the "copy emailadress" that is NOT greyed out..


I am at a loss here :) please advice
