These BSODs are unsurprising if you are intermittently losing the hard drive, but they shed no additional light on whether the problem is the drive itself or the controller on the motherboard.

Since you are getting a new board already, let's see if that helps and go from there...  Also, you probably already know this, but you will need to repair-install Windows with the new board -- it won't be "plug and play".
