1) Download
this
Open it up.
2) Put in the box: C:\WINDOWS\system32\SVSH0ST.EXE
And press the red cross. Close the box.
3) Delete everything in the C:\Windows\Temp folder
That should do it. If it doesn't, they need to run anti-spyware or anti-virus.

And if this fails, try going to task manager, go to proceses and look for svchost, there will be lots of them.
ONLY END THE ONE THAT HAS YOUR USERNAME NEXT TO IT OR YOU COULD DO YOUR COMPUTER HARM
And then continue from step 3 above
