O.P. Help! Blue screen&restart!

My pc restarts automatically! A blue screen error appeares for a second, then the computer restarts windows...a error windows appeares too and it's the following:

BCCode : f4     BCP1 : 00000003     BCP2 : 8973F020     BCP3 : 8973F194     
BCP4 : 805D13B6     OSVer : 5_1_2600     SP : 2_0     Product : 256_1

I'm sure it has something to do with messenger, because if I keep msn closed, nothing strange happens to my pc.

please, help me!
