The whole idea of the resource extractor's Consolidated Windows folder is so that you can easily find individual images/styles/resources for a certain frame of WLM.
Agreed, and on top of that I wouldn't recommend skinners modify strings anyway as it drastically reduces support for users running other languages in WLM (even though it is already slightly limited by modification of styles and definition files).
