2 of my friends also have this too.
They are idiots and don't read that 1) Block checkers do not work and 2) Did not read the TOS.
.NET Passport Policy: By using this service you optin receiving email advertising from blockdelete.com. Your messenger contacts will receive an advertising message from you when you use this service.
It's not a _virus_ per say. But the only way to fix this is to tell your friends to change their password I suppose.
