O.P. How to set my background at the bottom and repeat it (20061)

Hello

I try to create my first skin Msg +, and would like to know how to put my background in the bottom of the window and repeat it.

I know how to repeat background
I know how to put in the bottom ( but it deforms and it grows)

if someone can help me ?
